Fees are only incurred after BECS candidates start employment. Advances pre-employment are only charged if you require additional pre-screening such as criminal record checks, medical checks or psychometric tests to assess hard skills such as intelligence quotient, numeracy, verbal and non-verbal reasoning and computer literacy, as well as their soft skills including emotional intelligence, assertiveness and communication ability.

Our fee structure is based on a pre-agreed percentage of base salary for the BECS candidate first year or short contract period. Payments are made 1/3 upon candidate employment, 1/3 after probation period maximum 90 days and a 1/3 upon candidate’s completion of one year employment or completion of the short contract. If a BECS candidate is given permanent employment after a short contract all fees are recalculated based on the first year’s base salary.
